Types of order status

PaidThis status indicates that a new order has been placed, and the payment has been successfully processed. This indicates that no action has been taken yet by the seller.
IncompleteThis status indicates that no payment has been made. Sellers should not process the order until payment is received.
OpenThis status indicates that an order has been initiated but is not yet in progress. No further action has been taken, such as payment made by the customer.
BackorderedApply this status when the requested items are temporarily out of stock or unavailable, and the order cannot be fulfilled immediately. The customer will need to wait for the items to become available before the order can be completed.

Order AcceptedThe seller has acknowledged the receipt of a new order and is now in the process of preparing for fulfillment.
Order DeclinedThis status indicates that the seller has chosen not to accept the received order. There may be various reasons for this decision, such as unavailability of the requested items, payment issues, or other business considerations.
Ready for CollectionAt this status, sellers signify that the items have been packed and are now ready for collection at the store.
Out for DeliveryWhen an order reaches this status, it means the Delivery Driver has picked up the customer’s order and is currently en route for delivery.
CompleteOnce the order is picked up by the customer (if they chose pickup) or successfully delivered by Maribali Delivery or Seller In-Store Delivery, mark it as “Complete” to close the order.
CancelledUse this status when an order has been canceled by the customer or the seller for any other reason. This status indicates that the order will not be processed further.
FailedIf an order cannot be delivered or fulfilled for any other reason, update the status to ‘failed’.
